Shipping
We use Royal Mail but may use other carriers if required. We will send the majority of our items using a signed for service. This means that we can't deliver to a PO box as we require a signature
Your delivery will require a signature and if delivery fails you should recieve a card to collect or arrange redelivery. We cannot refund your product unless we receive the parcel/ product back. If you wish to have the delivery redelivered you will need to pay the postage charges again
Delivery times
We work hard to process your order as fast as possiable and try for 1-3 days
UK - Delivery hopefully within 3-5 working days from dispatch
Europe - Delivery hopefully within 5-7 working days after dispatch
Rest of world - Delivery hopefully within 7-10 working days after dispatch
You will receive an email notifying you that your parcel has been delivered
Please note that the above delivery estimates are what we aim to achieve. Unforeseen delays may occur and we will try our hardest to prevent this occurring. As a small business we will work hard to get your lovely products to you as fast a possiable but small delays may occur
Customs delays
We can not be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearances on international delivers
Shipping costs
UK - signed for second class delivery £4.50 per order
First class signed for £5.00 per order
Europe - £12.00 per order
Rest of world - £16.00 per order
Overseas customers
Customers are liable for any import duty, taxes, fees and charges made by customs and other authorities. We charge you in pound sterling. The amount overseas customers pay is subject to the exchange rates applied by your credit/ debit card company
Undelivered parcels
Please contact us at dressedtorule@gmail.com if you have not received your parcels within 7 working days of your dispatch email. We can give you a tracking number and check on your progress
Important Information
If we unfortantly can not complete your order we will contact you as soon as possiable. We will contact you by the contact details you leave at the checkout - hopefully this will not happen!
